  • What Exactly Is This Program?
    Perfect Points is simply a loyalty program that we created to reward our loyal customers for choosing Perfectress, referring us to friends, and leaving reviews!
  • How Do I Earn Points?
    There's a few ways to earn points. Purchases: For every $1 you spend, you earn 10 Perfect Points. Every Perfect Point is equivalent to 1 cent. For example: If you spend $100, you earn 1,000 Perfect Points to use towards your next order. 1,000 Points will give you up to $10 you can discount from your following order. Shipping costs do NOT earn points. Referrals: Invite your licensed stylist friends to join our site, and make their first purchase. After they make their first purchase, they will receive 1000 points, and you will receive 2000 points. You can learn more about our Referral Program here: https://www.perfectress.us/refer-friends Reviews: Leave a review on our Google or Facebook page to redeem 500 points. Ensure your first and last name aligns with what is on your account, so we can verify identify and distribute the points. We will not be able to give points if the names do not align. Signing Up: Create an account with us a brand new stylist, and automatically earn 1000 points. Points will not be honored if you have a previous account with us.
  • How Do I Redeem My Perfect Points?
    After you view your cart, hit CHECKOUT. Before submitting your payment, you'll see an option to Redeem Points. Enter how many points you wish to use! It will display how many points you have, so you can decide if you wish to use some, all, or save!
  • When Do My Points Expire?
    For every order, referral, or review you earn points for - they will expire 6 months from the day you earned them. You will be notified via email with ample time to allow you to use them before expiration.
  • How Do I Check My Balance?
    After you login, you can select My Account and use the scroll bar to find "My Rewards". You can also hit the Profile Icon drop down arrow, and select "My Rewards" from there. This page will show you the points you have and when they will expire.
  • How Long Does It Take To Receive My Points?
    For purchases: After payment and order is confirmed, you will see your points balance increase. Please give this at least 1 business day to load. For Referrals: After the newly referred stylist has placed their order, and it was confirmed - you will see your points balance increase. Please give this at least 1 business day to load. (THIS WILL NOT BE APPLIED IF THE STYLIST ALREADY HAS/HAD A PERFECTRESS ACCOUNT) For Reviews: Our Google & Facebook Reviews will be checked frequently, please allow 14 business days to see your points increase. For New Accounts: The points will be loaded immediately, and ready for use.
  • How Do I Earn Points For A Review?
    If you wish to earn our 500 Point reward for a review, please leave a review on our official Google or Facebook account. Ensure your first and last name is what matches your Perfectress Account or else we will not be able to verify it was you. You may only redeem this reward twice total - once for Google & once for Facebook.
  • Can I Redeem or Earn If I Call The Headquarters To Place My Orders?
    Yes & No. Our Rewards Program is designed to be used specifically on our website. If you wish to call your order in, please request you would like to EARN or REDEEM your Perfect Points. If this is not stated - you will not be granted the points. Please allow 7 business days to see your balance updated post manual orders.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
